The tour starts from Borgo Lanciano and heads south in the direction of Camerino. The road is mostly flat and crosses a pleasant hilly landscape. Once in Camerino, it is worth stopping to visit the medieval historic center and the Basilica of Santa Maria in Vallicelli.
From Camerino, the trail continues east toward Urbisaglia. The road is a bit more challenging, with some climbs and descents. Once in Urbisaglia, a visit to the archaeological area of the ancient Roman city is recommended.
From Urbisaglia, the trail continues south in the direction of Tolentino. The road is mostly flat and passes through an agricultural landscape. Once in Tolentino, a visit to the Basilica of San Nicola da Tolentino and the Museo Civico is recommended.
From Tolentino, the route continues westward in the direction of San Severino Marche. The road is a bit more challenging, with some climbs and descents. Upon reaching San Severino Marche, it is recommended to visit the historic center, which is full of medieval palaces and churches.

After La Morca, the route descends rapidly toward Esanatoglia. The descent is fun and fast, with some tight turns to face. Upon reaching Esanatoglia, it is recommended to visit the historic town center, with its seven bell towers and characteristic stone houses.
