On the day of arrival, rooms are available starting at 2:00 PM (in July and August, starting at 3:00 PM).

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM.

Unless otherwise agreed, the reception is available for check-in until 11:40 PM.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

Should you arrive early, you may leave your luggage in our storage area and use our private parking lot.

Our luggage storage area will also be available on the day of departure, as will the parking lot.

Guests staying on Saturday night with the Spa package may, upon advance request and confirmation, access the Spa and outdoor pools on the morning of check-out (subject to availability, guests may also request and arrange for a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM).

Please note that access to the spa and pools is only allowed to guests over the age of 16 accompanied by an adult.

Yes, children can stay at the resort.
However, access to the spa and the indoor and outdoor pools is permitted only to those over 16 years of age accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we have private indoor parking, always included in the price of your stay.

Yes, as part of our holistic approach to sustainability, we have a charging station for electric cars.

You can conveniently charge your car while having lunch at the Kimben Bistrot in the SPA or relaxing with a wellness treatment at the Kimben SPA. This way, you can reenergize and rejuvenate during your Day Spa experience, featuring whirlpools, saunas, pools, and an exclusive experience at the largest SPA in Marche, while your car’s battery recharges to 100%.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free.
The common areas, rooms and most outdoor spaces are covered by Wi-Fi.

No, there is no tourist tax for stays at our wellness resort.

We do not assume responsibility for valuables left unattended in rooms or in the Spa.

Each room features a safe with a variable combination, while in the Spa changing rooms there are special lockers with personal bracelets.

Forgotten personal items will be stored in our "lost property" facility for a maximum of 3 months.

Yes, all rooms at our resort are non-smoking.
Please respect this rule for the well-being of future guests.

The photos show the room type, but the furnishings may be arranged slightly differently from one room to another.

Please note that the rooms at Borgo Antico are located in a historic building dating back to the 16th century.

Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM – Sundays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Kimben Spa Wellness Bistro: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, also open for lunch

I Due Angeli Restaurant: dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM (last entry to the dining room).

For stays that do not include dinner, early table reservations are required in order to ensure service.

The dress code for dinner at I Due Angeli Restaurant is elegant casual.
Men are required to wear long trousers.
Slippers and/or flip-flops are not permitted.

At Bistrot Benessere, however, it is possible to have lunch in your bathrobe.

Yes, all Spa services must be booked before arrival by calling the Spa reception at 0737/642844 (daily, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) or by writing to kimbenspa@borgolanciano.it

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (excluding American Express, Diners Club, and JCB). We do not accept checks.

Please note that cash payments in Italy are only permitted up to a maximum amount of €1,999.99.

For longer stays, we recommend our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Reservations are considered valid only if received in writing, via email, and are confirmed only upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer, and following our written confirmation.

For reservations made within the penalty period (see below), the required deposit will be 100% of the total cost of the stay.

Last-minute confirmations (e.g., 3-4 days before arrival) must be settled by paying the balance via credit card or instant bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay is required.

For cancellations made 6 days or fewer before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay is required.

This category also includes no-shows, which result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the stay.
