Borgo Lanciano in Castelraimondo: General Terms and Conditions
Check-in and Check-out
On the day you arrive, rooms are available starting at 2:00 p.m. (during the months of July and August starting at 3 p.m.).
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
If you arrive earlier than 2:00 p.m., you can leave your luggage in our storage room and take advantage of our private parking lot.
Our luggage storage room will also be at your disposal on the day of departure, as well as the parking lot.
For those staying on a Saturday night with the SPA package, it is possible upon advance request and reconfirmation to have entry to the spa and to the outdoor pools on the morning of check out (upon availability, it is also possible to request and arrange for free late room check out until 3 p.m.).
Access to the spa and pools is permitted only for guests aged 16 and over, accompanied by an adult guardian.
We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you arrive after 8:00 p.m.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the front desk is available for check-in until 11:40 p.m.

Cancellation policy
Reservations are considered valid only if received in writing, by e-mail, and confirmed only upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer and after our written confirmation.
In the case of reservations made within the period in which cancellation fees are charged (see below), the required deposit will be 100% of the cost of the stay.
Last minute confirmations (e.g. 3-4 days before the date of arrival) are to be paid by credit card or instant bank transfer.

Cancellation fee
- Up to 15 days before the date of arrival, cancellation is free of charge
- From 14 days up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the payment of 50% of the cost of the entire stay is required
- From 6 days before the date of arrival onwards, 100% of the cost of the entire stay is required
- NO SHOW also falls into this category, which requires payment of 100% of the cost of your stay
Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, debit and credit cards (excluding American Express, Diners and JCB). Payments by check are not accepted.
Please note that cash payments in Italy are only allowed up to a maximum amount of € 1999.99.
For longer stays, we advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Room floor plans are schematic: furniture may be arranged differently.
Photos show the room type, but furniture may be arranged slightly differently from room to room.
Please note that the rooms at Borgo Antico are located in a period building dating back to the 16th century.
Please note that cash payments in Italy are only allowed up to a maximum amount of € 1999.99.

In order for guests to experience a peaceful and quiet vacation, the Borgo Lanciano Resort only welcomes guests over the age of 16.
Meal times
Breakfast: from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Sunday from 07:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Wellness Bistro at Kimben Spa from 09:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. also for lunch
"I Due Angeli" Restaurant Dinner: from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (final time to enter the dining room).
For stays that do not include dinners, you are required to reserve a table in advance in order to be able to enjoy the service.
Non-smoking rooms
All of our rooms are non-smoking. Please be sure to respect this rule for the well-being of guests staying there afterwards.
Wi Fi connection
Wi Fi connection is free of charge. Common areas, rooms and most outdoor spaces are covered by the wi-fi network.
Valuables
We do not take responsibility for valuables left unattended in the rooms and in the SPA. Each room is equipped with a safe with a combination that can be changed, and in the SPA there are lockers with personal bracelets in the changing rooms.
Parking
Private parking is included in the rate of your stay.
Lost property
Forgotten items will be kept at our "lost and found" storage room for up to 3 months.
