Our rooms

A carefully planned architectural recovery of the old Borgo made it possible to create 50 rooms and suites, each one different than the others, elegantly furnished and complete with every comfort.

The architects studied every single room, varying the form, surface area and furnishings, making every guest’s stay truly unique. Warm cozy colours prevail, blending perfectly with the colours of the surrounding nature, creating an unbroken harmony from inside to outside.

Hand-finished exposed beams, and floors in old terracotta and parquet, create a setting that grants spacious views of the Monti Sibillini, expanses of meadows decked with flowers, and starry skies.

The rooms of the Relais Benessere Borgo Lanciano are located partially in the Borgo Antico and partially in the Borgo Benessere, with direct access to the Kimben Spa. The rooms are divided into 4 types: Superior, Executive, Junior Suite and Kimben Suite. The different types of rooms vary in size and furnishings.
